amazing movie with an equally amazing soundtrack. the perfect chilled-out music. favorites, the songs by: iron & wine, simon & garfunkel, the shins.

another by a perfect circle. didnt put up their 1st cd bc i dont like it as much. this cd features 2 originals by the band but the rest are adapted covers of famous songs by famous artists about the horrors of war and our society from john lennon and marvin gay to old punk songs.

this cd does hold some metal that might not appeal to the average listener but the songs "digital bath" and "passanger" feat. maynard james keenan, are among my favorite of all time and are not too loud or "metal" for the av listener. "digital bath" is powerful and drags you into the bathtub.

get the full 2 cds, it's worth it. this movie is one giant music video and theatrical tribute to the beatles that i feel they'd be proud of. songs like "across the universe," "let it be," and "something" are real tear-jerkers.

"i fly like paper, get high like planes." m.i.a.'s is from sri lanka and went through some of the horrors that went on during the tiger party's revolution to free the people. she sings of the war and peace but in a way that isn't shoved in your face and most of hte time dont notice til you read the words of her rap, hiphop and bounce songs.

beautiful compilation of gothic music from some of the leading alternative, metal and goth artists along with some great instrumentals. "suicide note," "bring me the disco king" david bowie. also look at underworld:evolution's soundtrack, may be better in some's opinions. i'm kinda torn.

yes world, i belly dance. and if you like middle eastern pop and dance music, this is the one for you. "zeina" is my favorite. and yes i'm an arabic minor.
