No voice is quite as unique as the Prince of Darkness' voice. When you hear his voice, there's no mistaking Ozzy for anybody else.

There's a reason Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page has worked with David Coverdale. Coverdale's voice is just as soulful, just as bluesy, and, dare I say it, more powerful, than Robert Plant's.

Few bands can boast having one great lead singer. AC/DC had two. Bon Scott's voice had a wail to it with just a tinge of bark and growl that made it a perfect accompaniment to the blistering rock of the rest of the band.

With their legendary frontman out of the picture, who would have thought that Black Sabbath could find a voice just as unique and even more powerful than Ozzy's in Ronnie James Dio? Sabbath sounded like an entirely different beast with RJD at the front of the pack, and made some of their best music under his watch.

Ladies, don't feel left out. Ann Wilson's throaty and soulful voice is one of the best in rock music. Everytime I hear her sing "Magic Man" or even lighter fair such as "What About Love," I have to stop everything and just enjoy the moment.

Michael Sweet's wailing voice shakes the very foundations of Hell with Stryper's hard-rocking Christian sound. Not only has Sweet fronted Stryper, he has also put in time with Boston.

Steven Tyler's voice might not hit the same levels as others on this list, but you cannot deny its uniqueness. From subtle tracks like "Dream On" to full-on wailers like "Angel," Tyler never holds back.
